Final Jeopardy Answer: Projectile Cometing
Answer: Rhymes with the title (Hey, it's a family blog)
Question: What two words could best sum up today?
Actually, it wasn't a bad day. Ben did not do any projectile cometing. Drew, Melissa, and Westbrook did have some bad moments (although Drew is the only one that might not be an exaggeration). Morning sickness and spirited spitting up do get less attention, especially since they are quite normal.
Answer: A normal day in 9216
Question: what do you call a day that involves CT scans, morphine, supplemental oxygen, platelet transfusions, chest x-rays, breathing spyrometers, skin rashes, and twenty laps in the same hallway?
With platelet counts and white blood cell counts in the ditch, Drew is having all the normal reactions. With no fever and still eating, he is actually the "darling" of the transplant ward. Still, headaches and coughing (that might be ignored with normal numbers) rate scans and x-rays in this joint. A long day.
